INTERCULTUREL SERVICES CONSEILS offers one free hour of consultation to each company in the High Tech Park who wants advice on the management of cultural diversity and intercultural communication.

During the year, Interculturel Services Conseils will also offer a training in human resources.

About Interculturel Services Conseils

The mission of Interculturel Services Conseils is to help companies manage cultural diversity and improve intercultural communication within their organization. In order to do so, Interculturel Services Conseils assists companies in the development and establishment of strategies to attract, integrate, and ensure the retention of immigrants. It also helps managers to get in touch and communicate more easily with newcomers.

Interculturel Services Conseils was created by Corinne Béguerie, who holds a Master in Foreign Languages and another in communication and culture. Ms Béguerie also has many experiences in firms, both in the region of Quebec and abroad.
