Collective initiatives

In collaboration with the businesses in the Park, we like to initiate new projects that give great results. By supervising the projects around which the businesses are mobilized, the Park plays a role of facilitator.

 

The projects related to human resources are:

  • Career Focus Program

The Career Focus program provides funding for employers to offer post-secondary graduates opportunities to gain career-related work experience. This program helps youth to gain advanced employment skills and facilitates their transition into the workforce by connecting them with employers who can provide youth employment experience. 

 

  • Salary Survey

Compare the salaries of your employees with those of other companies and know if you offer advantageous working conditions. 

 

  • First work experience for immigrants

Internships offered by the businesses of the Park to the qualified immigrant workers with no experience in their field in Quebec City.
